Peace is with you
A travelling geodesic pavilion to explain the peace agreements in public space.
Built exhibition, 2016.
To take the exhibition to squares and parks, a light, demountable timber geodesic dome was designed, with perimeter panels and synthetic turf. Plan, isometric and elevation show how the pavilion sits among trees without permanent foundations.

The project, chapter by chapter.
A temporary structure turns part of the park into a space for conversation.
01
A conversation in the park
Plan and axonometric place the dome among the park’s elements. The exhibition begins through this relationship with open space, before visitors cross the pavilion’s physical boundary.
02
The dome gathers
Geodesic geometry defines a recognisable enclosure outside and a shared canopy inside. The elevation among trees compares its temporary presence with the scale of the surrounding vegetation.
03
Structure frames the reading
Panels follow the perimeter structure. The centre remains legible as shared space, while exhibition content occupies the edge and allows visitors to approach successive sections of the display.
04
A threshold at night
The night photograph concentrates attention on the illuminated entrance. Contrast between interior and park makes access recognisable, turning the threshold into a visible part of the pavilion experience.
05
An illuminated public place
At night, the illuminated envelope changes the structure’s presence in the park. The exterior view records this perceptual condition, without establishing energy consumption or technical lighting performance.
