Our connection with nature

Bogotá · 2014

the exhibition

Temporary exhibition on biodiversity: a graphic system of double-page panels.

Temporary exhibition, 2014.

The script was resolved as a modular graphic system: double-page panels with a code of coloured triangles per chapter, cut-out photography and illustration. The module allows the show to be installed in rooms of different sizes without redesign.

The project, chapter by chapter.

The architecture of information begins on the graphic surface.

01

Nature on a page

The provisioning panel organises images and text within one surface. Here the project is read through graphic hierarchies and relationships between content, because the available material documents panels.

02

From resources to culture

The cultural panel shifts attention to another category while retaining a recognisable visual family. This continuity lets readers compare subjects without restarting their orientation on every page.

03

The page folds

The mockup shows a folded leaflet, not a built room. Folding relates successive surfaces and reveals how an editorial object can organise reading through faces and sequences.

04

A graphic family

The thematic panels allow comparison of repeated graphic devices and their variations. Coherence lies in content presentation, without inferring a complete spatial installation from these sheets alone.

05

A continuous reading

The final sheet extends the editorial family and frames the collection as a sequence. The archive retains every panel for consulting original content alongside any visual interpretations.
